A comic serialized in the Japanese Dreamcast Magazine ran until Marth 10th 2000. It was a gag manga based on the Evolution: The World of Sacred Device and featured characters not seen in the game such as Chain's father and a robot version of Linear. One comic (the only one to be published in Sega Saturn Magazine) was released on the site. The comics from Volume 10-40 of Dreamcast Magazine were collected in the Japanese Evolution 2 strategy guide, along with a single comic based on the sequel featuring Carcano and Yurka.
