Nop is the Appraisal expert at the Pannam Society headquarters. He will appraise seemingly useless items that Mag finds in the ruins and either purchase them, or offer to turn them into usable items or equipment for a fee. He is familiar with the inner architecture, workings and history of Cyframes.
He is attracted to his coworker, Nina, and at one point asks Mag for help about an idea for a gift to give to her.
